The Center for teacher education of National Central University was established
in 1996 to train teachers who meet the 108 Curriculum, as well as to support
preserving teachers interested in teaching in secondary education with teaching
competencies and education resources.

The motto of National Central University is “Sincerity and Simplicity".
To fulfill this belief, the educational goal of the Center for teacher
education is to cultivate educators with a solid theoretical foundation
and practical teaching ability. The educational curriculum of the center
is characterized by a special emphasis on practical experience and the
teaching of applied technology. For example, "Curriculum Development
and Design", "Teaching materials for different subjects", and "Teaching
practice”. Courses that cultivate technology teaching are "Design of
Computer-Assisted Instruction", "Literacy of learning and instructional
echnology", "Making and Application of Instructional Media", etc. We hoped
that the students can be equipped with both theory and practical teaching
skills, and provide significant contributions to the improvement of the
teaching environment in secondary schools. Enable them to demonstrate solid
teaching ability and meet the future challenges of education in a rapidly
