Introduction of Teacher Training Center, NCU To fulfill this belief, the educational goal of the Center for teacher education is to cultivate educators with a solid theoretical foundation and practical teaching ability. The educational curriculum of the center is characterized by a special emphasis on practical experience and the teaching of applied technology. For example, "Curriculum Development and Design", "Teaching materials for different subjects", and "Teaching practice”. Courses that cultivate technology teaching are "Design of Computer-Assisted Instruction", "Literacy of learning and instructional echnology", "Making and Application of Instructional Media", etc. We hope that the students can be equipped with both theory and practical teaching skills and provide significant contributions to the improvement of the teaching environment in secondary schools,Which enable them to demonstrate solid teaching ability and meet the future challenges of education in a rapidly changing society. History The Center for teacher education of National Central University was established in 1996 to train teachers who meet the 108 Curriculum, as well as to support preserving teachers interested in teaching in secondary education with teaching competencies and education resources. Educational Philosophy The motto of National Central University is "Sincerity and Simplicity". Academic Subjects Chinese, The Process of Teacher Certification The Center enrolls undergraduate and graduate students from all colleges of the University each year. Students must complete at least 26 credits of educational courses, and pass the teacher certification. Then they must complete half-year internships in high schools or junior high school.
